About Returns and Refunds
- How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order for free within 24 hours without any reason.
If your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you insist on canceling it, you will be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for our storage costs, order preparation costs and shipping costs. This fee will be deducted from the refund of your(s) item(s).
- What if I receive a damaged item?
Chairs received with scratches on the frame, torn or damaged upholstery, wobbly legs, broken armrests, or any other visible damage are considered defective. In such a situation, we will replace the chair at no extra cost to you. If you prefer not to get a replacement and instead want to return the chair, we'll process it as a standard return. However, it's important to know that we might impose a return fee of up to 35% of the original purchase price. Additionally, we retain the right to subtract all outbound shipping costs from any refund amount that is issued.
- When will I receive the refund?
